We try to get all orders processed within 1-2 business days! Our standard shipping is $6.98 for orders under $100 and free for all orders over $100. Orders will typically arrive to you in 3-5 business days once processed in our warehouse! If you would like expedited processing and shipping, you can purchase Priority or Express Shipping at checkout.

Exchanges can be processed using our easy to use return portal. Simply input your order number and zip code, select the item that you would like to exchange and our system will guide you through the rest!

We understand that not every purchase will work out & returns are sometimes needed! We want you to absolutely love everything you buy and we will do whatever we can to ensure that you are completely satisfied! 

Our Return Policy is as follows:

All eligible returns will be returned to STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. We do NOT offer returns to the original method of payment on any purchase made online. 

We DO offer STORE CREDIT to any eligible return postmarked within 30 days of the original delivery date.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. 

All items must be returned to us in their original condition with all original tags still attached. They must also be smoke, deodorant and perfume free as well as unworn and unwashed.

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item and damages must be reported prior to wearing the garment.

Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Any sign of wear or a damaged shoebox will make the shoes ineligible for return. 

Yes! For all of our DFW girls, you can select local pickup instead of shipping at the time of purchase! Typically we will have those orders ready to be picked up within 24 hours and you will receive a notification as soon as it is ready!
